My role is primarily social media focused in helping clients to plan their customer marketing campaigns. Using inhouse analytics tools to understand consumer behaviour, helping brands to build a deeper target audience profile and a stronger connection with their most loyal fans. Which ultimately leads to a conversion in sales and ongoing engagement.
