I am a member of the central management team and play a business-critical role in supporting particularly the Sales and Client Development function. My primary objective is to deliver and manage internal and external marketing campaigns aimed at existing customers and prospects.
I fully contribute to the commercial development of the business, working with the board recommending strategic direction, developing relationships with third parties and stakeholders as appropriate.
I develop quarterly focused Marketing and Communications plans to include tactics that support the overall business strategies and objectives that develops the growth of the business, including customer retention.
I also help drive the business forward via the creation of compelling business cases and implementing lead generation initiatives.
I am the Profusion thought leader, advising on digital marketing developments and best practice. I develop thought leading whitepapers, blog and newsletter articles that help engage clients and prospects with the brand.
I have also rebranded Mailtrack as Profusion, this includes the re-positioning of the company, the change of the logo, website, communication strategy and products and services offered to clients and prospects.
I am the driver for new partnership relationships – partnerships that I have implemented include Return Path – Certification, Mailbox Monitor and Campaign Preview; Bazaarvoice – Products and Integration; Eyetracking Solutions; Inbound Email Management; Limus Engagement Analysis; Social Media Monitoring.
I consult and work alongside Account Directors/Sales Manager to help develop client strategies ensuring Email Marketing best practice.
I also volunteer at the DMA Email Marketing Council, Best Practice Hub
