London based retailer with over 30 years experience in senior roles across eCommerce, Operations, Buying and Merchandising.
My broad retail background makes me uniquely placed to understand how sizeable businesses operate effectively delivering the brand's promise to customers.
In September 2007 I was appointed the first ever Director of eCommerce at House of Fraser where I built the eCommerce operation from its launch to be an integral part of the department store group’s cross-channel retail proposition. Responsible for recruiting and leading a specialist team blending the new capabilities of eCommerce with the trading disciplines of an ambitious retailing group. In just three years we grew the webstore to be the largest store within the House of Fraser group.
I was also a Trustee Director of the House of Fraser Pension Fund from 2005
