Over 20 years in the direct marketing industry have allowed Ruaraidh to develop an in-depth understanding of the marketing services industry and the requirements of clients across a number of sectors. He has particular experience in programme delivery across the retail and financial services sectors and an in-depth understanding of the way in which data can be used to drive multi-channel campaigns in both acquisition and retention marketing.
Ruaraidh is a founding board director of Lateral Group, a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing and sits on the DMA Financial Services Council.
