I work a lot with companies to develop their digital strategy and digital brand platform, which defines for digital channels and towards all stakeholders: where they are, where they want to go, and how to get there. As a part of "where they are", ie the situational analysis, I am working on building a better methodology for target audience analysis, a detailed process template / model which describes the process of gathering important information about digital target groups and how to analyse it.
How do you usually do this? Can you recommend any detailed process models for this?

Hey guys!
Thanks,
