It certainly appears as if someone is using my ip address to spam the world. I suspect this is seriously affecting my deliverability reputation.

What can I do? How can I stop this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Just a thought, but if you have a wireless network, it it totally secure?

Can you change your IP address?

Raise your concern with your ISP. It shouldn't be hard/expensive to have your IP changed.

Also, notify the various blacklists (eg. Spamhouse) about what's going on.

To be sure that there is a problem check on www.senderscore.org, to get detailed stats you have to sign up - its free. (although you may well get a keen sales person calling you) Really useful tool actually.

The problem you will have is if you move to a brand new IP with no reputation you aren't necessarily going to improve your deliverability - it may be better to fix the problems you are having on the existing IP.

Depending on how many you are sending perhaps you should consider outsourcing......
