What would I do differently, Phil? Well if I know a particular company is visiting I will find out if someone in my company has been in contact with that organisation, let them know what the visitors have been doing. That lets them make a follow up call with a good reason to speak and helps to keep the dialogue going. Worth having, but not cheap.

We tested different platforms before. But we only ran into static panels full of information that we didn’t need and in many cases it was quite confusing, which leads to the same point made by Fanni Previously ....." How to set-up the process right around 'using the Gathered data' .. . who? when? ... how?"

We already have two months using WOW Analytics and the experience has been great. The platform is easy to use, we have recovered the investment with some leads generated by the system, we have obtained better results to analyze our marketing campaigns and sales process and we gained more control of our customers, competitor and internal sales process.

We truly believe WOW is an excellent alternative and we recommend this 100%

    Hi All,

We've recently launched a service that uses IP profiling to generate leads and our experience is that this kind of approach is as good as the quality of your traffic.. we've found it works very well with more established websites.

We've taken a slightly different appoach to WOW in that we see what we are doing as a lead management exercise that happens to auto generate leads both from IP profiling and a built in Twitter customer intent search.

The other thing that might be of interest is that there is the option to add your LinkedIn details and see your connections at visiting organisations.

BTW There's a free trial, it's early days for our service and I'd love to get some feedback!

Analytics cannot always show you this, but even its limited data can be useful.

we have clients who have developed a few good leads from this.

We trialled Trovus for a couple of clients in the past and I like their offering. But their pricing structure now puts them out of reach of many of the smaller businesses we work with.

I am going to have a go with the WOW Analytics free trial.
