Web Content Manager at LV=

Hi there,
We are a pretty large financial services company that has under utilised its web resource over the past few years. Fortunately, we are starting to really focus on the obvious benefits of a commercial website.
Therefore, we are looking for a great agency that can help us with:
• User experience
• Creative (targeted and contemporary) development
• Tracking of campaign and end to end user experience
I would appreciate anybodies thoughts and recommendations for the above.
Any thought any one?
Thanks in anticipation of your time and advice.

I had a short but very good experience with Nomensa last year - http://www.nomensa.com. We didn't implement their code particularly well given the anti-CMS we used, but it had an impact nevertheless (particularly SERP, even though this wasn't our focus).

It looks like ideally you need a range of outsourced specialist agencies who are willing to work together to provide a cohesive web strategy i.e. A web analysis team, a usability/research team and a creative team. Marketing Databasics (www.marketingdatabasics.com) can help with this and any ongoing customer insight and campaign management or analysis requirements. A high proportion of our staff also have a strong financial services background.

Or one agency that takes care of everything?
This is certainly the preference of us working client-side.

Thanks for your comment Lawrence - I do agree that a single agency can be more convenient if that is the priority. My client side online FS experience is that no single agency excels in all these areas though. For best results it is wise to build a collaborative culture across the marketing function to include the various agencies who are employed to provide specialist support. These are likely to cross all channels and media not just web.
