Online Communications Officer at Brit Insurance

I'm looking to engage with a digital agency and would like recommendations. I work for an insurance company and the initial piece of work would involve the creation of some html email templates, for distribution internally and externally.
Can anyone recommend a good agency? They can be a general agency that has a digital division, but they will be expected to show specialist knowledge in the digital area.
London-based agencies would be preferred and they would need to have capacity to start this work this month (March). Experience of working with financial services companies is preferred, as is experience of working within internal communications and b2b marketing.
