Hello,
I would like to set up a cash back (mail in rebate) promotion in the UK and other European countries via our direct websites and our resllers'
Unfortunately, I am unable to find a specialised partner to handle the administration of the promotion (receive the mail, deal with enquiries, pay the customers..). I have tried to contact CPG (continental promotion group) several times in the past but I never managed to get a reply out them.
Would anyone be able to help / advise a company to work with?
Many thanks,
Fabrice.

Hi Fabrice,
Do you envisage this to be a traditional mail-back promo? Or a digitial redemption platform?
Personally, I'd recommend a digital campaign for something like this. It will greatly reduce your administration effort and costs, and can be tailored to multi-lingual and regional channels much more simply, as well as being more measurable, controllable and immediate. As for any CRM element, the capturing of digital data directly from participants helps exclude data entry errors and improves the value of the data post-campaign.
You can also gain opt-in permission for future marketing online more simply.
Also, actual cash-back can be fraught with difficulty implementing. A more useful approach may be providing sales vouchers or other material rewards... Is cash absolutely necessary? It can carry all sorts of tax implications with different rules in different jurisdictions.
We work on incentive and redemption campaigns online for B2B clients, so can advise on producing this sort of campaign.
We're a UK based agency, but would be keen to discuss your campaign requirements. Please see our website for contact details: www.bplmarketing.com
