About Christian Wright
Christian Wright is General Manager Americas and Chief Technology Officer for e-Dialog. In his combined role, Christian oversees all sales and client service operations in North America, as well as managing the overall direction of e-Dialog’s global function and the development of next-generation multi-channel solutions for clients. Prior to t e-Dialog, Christian was chief solutions officer at Alterian, where led the design and development of SaaS oriented solutions. Before working with Alterian, Christian’s experience included leading Merkle to the top of the Forrester Wave Technology Rankings for Marketing Service Providers in his role as Chief Technology Officer, SVP Enterprise Technology Group. Christian was also responsible for technological innovation at the group, helping it grow from $50million to more than $200million in five years. Christian was a member of the DMA Marketing Technology Council from 2008-2010. Christian holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina.

In this session, Christian Wright, e-Dialog CTO and General Manager, Americas, will reveal findings from e-Dialog’s recent Smart Marketer’s Research Study: Generating Higher ROI from Email throughout the Consumer Purchase Path. In this study, the role of email within billions of purchase paths was analyzed, leveraging attribution data to determine where and when in the purchase path email is most effective in increasing conversion rates and average order value, as well as the digital channels which are most complementary to email in maximizing overall performance and generating higher ROI.
