We’re Moving will use RedEye’s web analysis tools to analyse property activity across its website, in order to provide vendors with the most accurate and up-to-date information on their home. In addition, RedEye will help We’re Moving understand buyer activity on the site and gauge the success of marketing campaigns in driving visitor traffic.
RedEye will collect data on all the properties listed on We’re Moving website and help We’re Moving provide vendors with customised analysis and reports on the status of their sale. These reports will include information such as the number of viewings and offers, plus comparative data about properties in a similar location and price bracket. By comparing their own viewing and offers data against properties in a similar category, vendors will be able to assess whether their property is being marketed to its best potential or whether it is priced correctly. This represents a more factual approach to selling a home than the techniques used by the majority of estate agents and puts the vendor in control of their home sale.
