Full terms and conditions will be made available with application packs and again upon confirmation of acceptance onto a course. The following outlines the key terms and conditions you should be aware of.
Course exemptions
All training is tailored to meet the needs of our qualifications and differs markedly from our publicly available training days. We make every effort to ensure that you don’t find courses repetitive however, if you have recently attended Econsultancy training days similar to those on the schedule and you would like to discuss this with the team, please contact us for a chat.

Please ensure that you carefully read the entry requirements for your particular programme. Basic requirements are:

Visas
Please note that all our courses are classified as distance learning and therefore do not fall under the eligibility rules for student visas. Unless you have an ancestry visa, or a visa sponsored by your employer which specifically states you are able to study whilst in full time employment in UK we will not be able to accept you on to the course. Please contact us before applying to find out whether this applies to you.
Applications
Applications must be received in full no later than the published deadline (please see individual courses) in order to be considered. Applications received after the deadline will be considered for the following intake. Applicants are welcome to apply for more than one course using a single application form and are encouraged to apply prospectively for popular courses as intakes are limited.
Confirming your place
All applicants will need to pay a deposit of $381 + VAT in order to confirm their place. We cannot hold places for applicants without the deposit and payment must be received by the published deadlines (contained in your application pack) in order to take advantage of payment plans and associated discounts.
Payment
Payment plans are available for early applicants – please refer to your application pack for full details of available plans and associated discounts and deadlines.
Please note the arrangements for refunds and cancellations on instalment plans outlined in your application pack.
Cancellations
Applicants can choose to withdraw from the process at any time up to Econsultancy receiving written confirmation of their intention to take up a place with no penalty.
Applicants who withdraw from the course after sending confirmation but before the course begins will be liable for an administration fee of $381 + VAT, and may be rejected from future intakes.
Once the course has begun, applicants can withdraw at any point before the second tutorial day and receive a 50% discount. In addition, applicants will be charged $381 per day of Econsultancy training that they have attended.
After the second discussion day has taken place there is no refund available.
Deferring
Applicants may defer their place at any time. Deferring at the end of a complete stage incurs no extra cost. Deferring during a stage incurs an admin charge of $381.
