I am working on a project for a California based software company that sells mainly into the PR and entertainment space.
They need a company that they can hand over the reigns of leadgen in Europe - maybe some appointment making but really just looking for low hanging fruit.
Anyway the question is apart from Rainmaker and Teeming are there any other companies that do this sort of thing? I just had a look through the EConsultancy site and can't really find any one else.

As Jody points out our recent report "Winning New Work" which is a business development guide primarily for digital agencies contains a section featuring leadgen companies among other things.
The companies profiled in that are: incite, JFDI, Oystercatchers, Reardon Smith Whittaker, Tradewind, Upfront
I think we asked Rainmaker to submit a profile but they declined. Which is odd but they appear not to be interested in their own business development ;)

I've just been asked if there are any good training resources for BDM folks in the eCommerce market. I'm sure if I googled B2B telesales or telemarketing there's a zillion books, DVDs and etc.
But can anyone personally recommend any good course material? (To suit the UK market)
