I'm doing some internal comms on how to handle slip ups in our email marketing. I'm trying to encourage people to understand which errors they really need to fret about and which aren't significant. Has anyone any examples of major email marketers making mistakes, eg if Boots mailed out a voucher and wiped 50% off their share price or something of that scale? This is quite light hearted.
