But if you did not: Linkedin does not host events, though it does a pretty good job at promoting them. Apart from posting all around the groups and on your profile as well, you can use this tool: http://www.linkedin.com/opensocialInstallation/preview?_ch_panel_id=1&_applicationId=2000
