I've asked something similar before, and have done a search of the forum to find similar queries (but for some reason...our local network?...this site runs like treacle) but I can't find the answer to one burning question...

Who provides a full, opt-in, e-newsletter service with an online profile where you can edit your subscriptions and so on?

The Scottish Government have the kind of thing I want, and I've spoken to the people who produced that...but what about all the other sites who do this? Are they doing it in house? Who can provide this?

Most e-nesletters services offer good segmentation options, but they don't go the whole hog to implementing a subscriber interface to manage what they're subscribed to.

Would much rather hear from people who've implemented something similar themselves than sales people pitching products.
