Box UK’s graduate scheme officially launches this November, with a number of opportunities now available for talented university leavers. Through placements graduates will sharpen their skills and improve commercial awareness while identifying their ideal career path, giving them a valuable head-start in the increasingly competitive jobs market.
The scheme offers graduates the choice of two different tracks covering both technical and professional service expertise, depending on their area of interest. Through the programme graduates will be exposed to specialisms such as software development, testing, IT, project management, business analysis and more; all roles where hands-on experience is crucial, but getting an initial opportunity can be difficult.
All graduates joining the scheme begin with six months of rotations through a variety of departments before specialising in a discipline of their choice. This approach not only enables them to decide in which area their skills are best applied but also equips them with a wider variety of skills, enabling them to be even more effective during their six-month period of specialisation.
Molly Dyer, Human Resources Manager at Box UK, said of the announcement: “Box UK’s cutting-edge approach to software design and development leads us to work with some of the world’s greatest organisations and win leading awards. Our staff are crucial to this success and, through this graduate scheme, we hope to recruit the exciting new talent of the future to help us continue to achieve our ambitious goals.”
