In it, he looks at key digital trends, focusing on the importance of product managers for online businesses, and why we need more polymaths.

A great presentation, great points. The emotional concept of social media for business and getting to the point of being a (social) business is a concept that passes most by. Taking your activity to the next level and encouraging the emotional attachment and interaction is key for an effective social media presence.

Any more videos from the day?
On that note, does e-consultancy have any plans to open up 'late-bird' ticket passes - as in allowing people who couldn't make it watch some of the presentations (or even highlights) for a paid fee?
I appreciate you want to keep the event exclusive to justify the ticket price, but I couldn't make it - and I'd be happy to pay handsomely to see video highlights / a virtual equivalent.
What's your policy?

@Dan Our current thinking is that, yes, we should record more of our events/training etc and make them available online. Most likely we'd include it in all levels of paid membership i.e. Silver and higher. So you'd need to upgrade from Bronze.. ;)
