About Me
I have a primarily sales and customer service oriented background. Initially focusing on the financial sector, I gained experience in dealing with complex financial instruments and communicating with a large range of high-level individuals.
My current role was my first step into the e-commerce arena. I have now specialized in the fascinating area of Semantic Web Technology (Web 3.0) and primarily guided selling solutions. This role attracted me because I see a huge potential in the technology used and strongly believe that guided selling solutions will be a standard of the future.
The trend is clearly showing that more consumers are spending their money online. Companies that mirror that trend with investments, particularly in customer service, are going to be the market leaders of the future!
