Began marketing career in 2003 with a consulting
company supporting small business owners with programs designed to help
with cash flow issues. Gained invaluable insight into the internet
advertising world using affiliate marketing to promote business. Then
ran the Co-Registration and Syndication depts. for PrimeQ in 2005.
Managed the product and affiliate marketing side for List Management
company Frontline Direct in 2006. IN 2007, Returned to PrimeQ and
promoted to Director of UK Operations and led the European headquarters
with combined experience in co-registration, business development,
network development, affiliate relations, and email marketing. Was
charged with overseeing all operations within the Affiliate/Leadgen
Networks and Sales departments responsible for marketing all products
with the goal of capitalizing on the continued growth in the UK. In
2008 launched own consulting company assisting online media companies
with expansion or entrance into the UK.

UK Marketing Consultant at Evince Marketing Ltd
From April 15, 2008 and still in this role.
Currently assisting Q Interactive, the largest Lead Generation company in the US, with its new venture into the UK. Involved in all stages of launch including but not limited too; goal setting, market research, product suggestions and enhancements, standardizing reporting, regulatory issues, and collateral creation. Also assisted and trained a second UK representative hired by QI with no prior online experience and represented Client at all industry events, sourcing key networking opportunities for increased exposure.
Director of Operations, UK at PrimeQ Ltd.
From February 1, 2007 until March 1, 2008.
Promoted to Director of UK Operations after 3 months as Director of Business Development to oversee all departments (Ad Network, Lead Gen, and Email Marketing) with the goal of capitalizing on the continued growth in the European market. As operations director I negotiated contracts with all levels of business partners including proposals for ESP’s, tenancy agreements, accounting contracts, sales team Insertion Orders, regulatory and compliance agreements, and streamlined processes with the US production team. Also:
• Expanded the CPM model for email marketing and increased revenues by 300%.
• Established and managed key relationships with List Management partners and top 100 UK based CPA advertisers.
• Coordinated projects with our PR contact to expand PrimeQ brand both online and at industry events and conferences within the UK and abroad.
• Launched a successful ten-week Internship Program completing two separate sessions.
Product Manager at Frontline Direct
From June 1, 2006 until January 1, 2007.
As a consultant, I headed up a new department managing Frontline’s internal online marketing campaigns and oversaw creation of new offers from design, testing, re-development, and deployment through internal data lists as well as lists of partner list management companies. Negotiated all contracts, insertion orders, and monitored order fulfillment to the benefit of both parties and consistently sought out new email partners for expanded distribution and increased revenues.
• Worked directly with DirectTrack (Affiliate marketing platform) to complete the design and functionality of a new Affiliate website- www.contactfly.com.
• Integrated all internal offers onto our platform and tracked all leads/sales/transactions for billing purposes and month end reports for all partners.
• Increased revenues by 300% within contract period of six months.
