SUMMARY: As a marketing strategist I've occupied senior level positions covering international product marketing and consumer relationship marketing. EXPERIENCE
International Marketing Manager: Electronic Arts
Primary function for the implementation of Global Marketing for Hasbro titles across Europe working with Global Studio Marketing Managers, development teams and regional partners to develop strategic marketing plans for all franchises and publish World Wide whilst overseeing $4m marketing budget. Manage and maintain strong relationship with Hasbro Europe and oversee the planning of joint activities with International EAI teams. Required to liaise with all Non North American markets to ensure strategic marketing plans and activities allow full potential for each product within their territory.
e-CRM Manager & CI Manager for UK Territory : EA
Key role was to deliver the UK team’s e-CRM, Web and CI strategy; included community management and customer support. Managed a team of up to 20 staff members with 6 direct reports and a budget of £500k.
Account Director: Chemistry Communications Ltd (Integrated marketing agency)
Managed the strategic direction of assigned accounts and covered of all aspects outlined on client’s account including the European base for Kodak and UK focus for the other accounts. Sourced additional business opportunities from clients and where possible identified opportunities for cross partnerships with clients. Achieved monthly billing targets and focused mainly on the Kodak account which increased to £1m per year. Key accounts managed include BT, Yellow Pages, Toshiba, Sony Europe, Microsoft, TfL and Manchester United
