Complimenting the existing website with structured SEO / SEM and SMM, the group has seen a significant increase in traffic and leads within the first 6 months with no additional outlay, this is allowing a cut back in Press Spend while keeping the level of business where it needs to be.
Web traffic is currently showing an annual increase of 46% with a consistent month on month growth.With a proposed New Build on the horizon, Harwoods Group will once again be in contention for the AM Awards early next year.

Regional Digital Account Manager @ Manheim Retail Services
Manheim Retail Services are the largest and highest volume wholesale vehicle auction company in the world. Manheim provides services including financing, transportation, recovery, body repair, dealership management systems, dent repair and remarketing technology. They are renowned for using online tools to connect buyers and sellers around the globe.
Key areas of expertise include: developing and managing multiple accounts over a wide geographical area to the value of £1.6m; driving profitability through sales of incremental products & services; design and delivery of manufacturer approved training programmes to the dealer network; and affecting new business growth by utilisation of telephone & face to face marketing techniques.
In July 2009 Brett was asked to join the Online Development Team within Portfolio to use his Analytical skill set to both find and research new ways of online marketing and to help analyse Portfolio's and Manheim's current offerings.
