About Me
My passion is making forms easier to use, and I'm lucky enough to make my living from it. I work with designers to help them improve their forms (or provide reassurance that a good design really will work well).
I also love to teach and offer forms and usability tutorials at international conferences, and as in-house events for clients.
I particularly like to work on complex financial and government forms, especially when a process needs to be supported through mutliple channels. But I'm happy to work with any form or questionnaire, large or small, straightforward or specialised.
