About Me
I am commercial owner of a portfolio of B to C multichannel retail businesses or both. We sell garden and homewares, plants, fashion and jewellery, consumer electronics and entertainment products. I manage over 20 active partnerships in this space.
I also manage a number of partnership websites including Guardian Eat Right (with Tesco Diets), Sofa Cinema (with Lovefilm), and a number of financial service websites, including partnerships with Money Supermarket and Skipton Investments.
My current role also involves co-ordination of emarketing and PPC through Adwords, working with third party to optimise our sites for organic search and utilising Google Analytics and Omniture/SiteCatalyst coding and, increasingly, social network integration.
In the last 36 months my team has launched Guardian Essentials, Guardian Investing and Guardian Fashion Store and the new Guardian Garden Centre. All these projects have involved extensive internal cross-departmental co-operation (editorial, commercial, marketing, design.) We aim to launch at least another six white labels by the end of Summer 2012
I manage a team of two Account Managers and have responsibility of setting and delivering on all forecasts and budgets as well as taking ownership of all aspects of the customer service
