About Me

Currently I'm the Business Development Director and Online Marketing Specialist at Bang Tidy Media, I'm Located in Brighton & Hove in East Sussex, England.

I'm looking to work with businesses wanting to grow, I have experience Driving Sales Conversions, I'm a young Professional with experience across various business sectors, including; Banking, Insurance, Marketing, Sales and Brand Development, I demonstrate good business acumen.

My previous role working for a leading Marketing company focused on Designing & Developing Bespoke White Label Customer Reward and Incentive programs for Leading TV Shopping Companies such as; Sit-up.TV, JML Ltd & Ideal World.

Previous to this Role I have the following experience:

• Managing Projects & People: I've managed Recruitement Campaigns, New Product Launches, Policies and Procedures Implimentations for; HR, Sales, Customer Service, Complaints & Quality.

• Web Design & Developent: I've built and designed everything from simple 1 Page Sites to Ecommerce & Shopping Sites. I use Online Cloud Based Applications like Yola, Moonfruit, Wix & Shopify, enabling clients to easily update and add content along with my step by step quides.

• Sales Campaigns: I've worked in partnership with large brands like; Groupon, KGB Deals, SVM Gift Cards to help businesses achieve sales targets. Other experience includes; Face to Face, B2B, Inbound & Outbound Sales, Direct Mail, Email and Social Media Sales.

• Training and Development: I've created and implimented many training and Development Courses including; How to Suceed in Sales, Dealing With Difficult Customers, Sales through Service & worked with Businesses to impliment, build and invest in Staff Development using; 121's, Incentive & Bonus schemes, Staff Benefits & Induction Programmes.
