About Me
I am a Partner with Sedgwick LLP, an international trial and counseling firm. My practice focuses on the defense of consumer fraud claims, with particular emphasis on defending marketing, retail and other companies against lawsuits challenging their direct marketing practices. I also counsel clients on best practices for direct, digital and mobile marketing, including advising on permission-based marketing, emerging technologies, the use of various social media platforms, as well as data security and privacy issues related to electronic and mobile commerce.
Education and Qualifications
