I set up and direct DRCC, a corporate communications agency specialising in content strategy.
We have focused on the web since 1999, helping many organisations improve their websites and intranets.

I have been a judge for the annual international WebAwards since 2009.
Trained initially in commercial publishing, I have an academic background in Applied Linguistics which I use in content analysis and content audits. The training courses I run on web writing and advanced web writing have been attended by thousands of people. I have recently started a new course on web content strategy.
I make up expert teams to address a variety of digital communication issues and training requirements.
