With over six years of international experience in search engine marketing, social media and all aspects of digital, Duncan co-founded Mavens and leads the commercial direction and client services. He previously worked at the world's largest privately-owned digital marketing company, responsible for introducing new clients and the continued leadership of account strategy for clients such as Toyota, Porsche, eBay, Citroen, Santander, IHG, and Hiscox. Duncan was responsible for establishing Toyota's social media strategy within the UK, which used search and social to launch the iQ and Prius. Duncan has also worked with Unilever, to provide multinational social media research and monitoring & measurement services for Lynx/AXE across Europe, and for Persil/OMO across Brazil and China.
