I am a marketing professional with over twenty years experience in campaign planning, management and delivery and have specialised in digital media since 1998. I started my career in publicity and marketing at the book publishers Random House (eventually specialising in children’s books), managing award-winning campaigns with key trade and supplier accounts and sales forces, and working with best-selling authors and illustrators.
Until going freelance in 2010, I spent over 10 years working in agencies, including Dewynters plc and Wunderman UK, as an account director working with large and small clients across the automotive, publishing, entertainment, arts and public and charity sectors. I worked on digital as well as integrated campaigns, targeted to stakeholder, industry, internal and consumer audiences.
I am experienced in most aspects of marketing and communications, from the research and planning stages right through to delivery and evaluation. I know the importance of approaching every new challenge strategically but am also flexible to the needs of the project and am hands on when required.
