A firm believer that cold calling is a waste of time and that the key to a successful sales team is to provide strong leadership and a thorough training and development programme.

Deming's 14 points and Frank Rumbauskas play a key part in my business philosophy.

Most sales personnel fail because of a lack of training, not a lack of ability. A good salesman is someone who not only does things right, but who also does the right things. Selling is about understanding what people do and then helping them do it better.

I was told to remember three words when I first started out in business. They were:
