As Director of Digital Marketing Solutions for Integrative Logic, I focus on the value and process of building full-scale digital e-CRM programs for businesses by focusing on their financial and strategic goals and expectations. Looking at both short and long term benefits and risks, the IL team plans and executes digital marketing programs across a variety of digital channels and new media platforms. IL’s proprietary customer behavior measurement platform is then used to monitor, evaluate and refine programs along the customer lifecycle.

Prior to joining Integrative Logic, Hunter gained direct-to-consumer marketing and strategy experience working with Saks Department Store Group, WestPoint Home, Bon-Ton Department Stores, The King’s College, Charming Shoppes and Disney. Shepherd also managed customer marketing strategy and direct response execution for IMPS New York where he implemented email marketing and online media campaigns for clients such as Air Jamaica, BMG Music, Liz Claiborne Cosmetics, The New York Mets and Six Flags. He is also the founder of Results Driven Design, a direct marketing and online printing fulfillment company. Shepherd graduated from The University of Alabama College of Communication and Information Sciences with a B.A. in communication. He is a frequent speaker at numerous organizations, including the Public Relations Society of America, International Association of Business Communicators, Public Relations Council of Alabama, The University of Florida Warrington College of Business Administration, American Marketing Association, Southern Gas Association and The University of Alabama.
