friendly building inspections fbi, is a full service professional inspection company that has been providing certified Residential, Commercial and Industrial Inspections and Reports for properties in the San Fransisco Bay Area of Northern California since 1992. Our Clients include private individuals, businesses and municipalities of many types, with a wide array of projects. We are proud to state that many of our Clients have trusted us to serve them on several repeat engagements.
All reports are detailed yet easy to read and understand, and are available within a few hours after completion of the site work, and prior to the close of the due diligence period. The end result provides Clients with written documentation of material defects in the building systems and components that are safety hazards, not functioning properly, or are at the end of the service life.
