About Me

Jeff Kelisky, General Manager of Mapping and Local search, Microsoft

As General Manager of Mapping and Local for Microsoft, Jeff Kelisky is responsible for delivering a strategy to maximise market growth, revenue, and profitability from mapping and local services driving long term shareholder value for Microsoft Corp.

Formerly the CEO of Multimap, Kelisky joined Microsoft after leading the business to a successful acquisition by Microsoft Corp’s Online Services Group in December, 2007.  He spent seven years at Multimap, joining in 2000 and became Chief Executive in 2002.  He devised and implemented the operating strategy, structure and processes, and grew the business to become a global player and the market leader in Europe with 10 Million unique users per month, 1,200 subscription based business customers and over £10 million in annual revenue. In 2006 Kelisky expanded the executive team and in 2007 restructured Multimap’s executive governance to lead a capital restructuring and eventual M&A process that resulted in the sale to Microsoft.

Prior to Multimap, Kelisky spent three years at A.T. Kearney in strategy development and execution, including corporate restructuring and post-merger integration, which followed seven years at IBM.  He has an MBA from London Business School and a degree in Maths and Science from McGill University in Montreal.
