An engineer by training, initially with ICI/Zeneca which found me making the vegetarian food, Quorn. After a spell as an operations consultant with Deloitte I joined the then tiny chocolate business Green & Black's. We grew that 10 fold and then sold it to Cadbury's. From there I spent two years running a chain of florists, Moyses Stevens, before taking a jump into the internet, joining CSN Stores to set up their UK business.
