Joined Nokia in 1992: Created and led the Global Insights team. Inspired and drove implementation of the “human touch” strategy for the Nokia brand and customer-centric products, which underpinned Nokia’s phenomenal growth.
At GE Money, led the "customer centric transformation" project to transform value propositions through new customer understanding and segmentation and drive customer-focused mindset changes throughout the business.
