- Developing BUPA Hospitals online strategy by working with agencies to improve SEO (Brand Attention) and PPC (Mediavision). This included responsibility for an online budget of £150k per annum
- Whilst BUPA Hospitals was in the process of being sold to a private equity company I led a team in developing a new branded website www.spirehealthcare.com
- Project lead for developing www.bupahospitals.co.uk and new websites including an industry first joint branded NHS / private sector website www.bupapatientchoice.com. Included writing / developing copy
- Content management for all BUPA Hospitals’ websites including training staff
- Managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including web design / IT teams, SEO and online media agencies
- Supporting product lines with online activity including email campaigns, PR and banner advertising
- Analysis and evaluation of online activity using Sitestat - Nedstat and other reporting systems

Hospital & Health Care industry

September 2003 – April 2006

- Managing and planning all marketing communications including PR for the hospital
- Account management of GPs and consultants including co-ordinating education and marketing events
