A product director with a passion for innovative products that are of a high quality and deliver a great customer experience. I am passionate about "the customer" who should always come first!
I am an expert in CRM, the web, social media and booking systems primarily for the Travel and Retail Market places. I have successfully built and run two software houses developing enterprise level software for the Travel, Retail and Television industries with enterprise customers including Thomas Cook, TUI, BHS, Mothercare, London Weekend Television and Granada Television.
I am an entrepreneur at heart and have more than 20 years experience running and developing businesses from start-up to acquisition level. My past experience is diverse and I have 8 years experience in banking to Regional Management level and 2 years experience as a Sound Engineer at a major London Recording Studio.
