About Me

I am a broadcast TV executive, I became head of international formats and editor of entertainment at the BBC. I am still directing large TV shows. I am a founing memeber of the entertainment master class, providing executive education for the TV and entertainment industry. I speak and work all over the world giving key note and motivational talks. I also work internationally throught the world prodcuing and consulting on television production, content and formats.

I am also creative director of Pepper Rafferty a video production and creation company. We create video content for some of the worlds leading brands mainly for use on the net.

I code and work with all the main technologies in the digital arena and remain a very keen photographer.
