I have gained over 5 years experience of administering and providing carrier performance reports for one of the UK’s largest online sports nutrition and supplements manufacturer. In this role, I had total responsibility for assessing the performance of up to five national and international couriers and ultimately provided analysis to the board of directors, to determine agreements and extensions of service contracts, as well as defining service level agreements that would form the basis of the contracts.
Part of this role also I also had to ensure that the company’s website is offering the best web functionality in order to maintain our customer service experience.
Deliver projects that may have an impact on the business and help improve levels of services internally and externally within the operations / marketing department.
