About Me
My career in Marketing has primarily focussed on consumer goods, in the health supplement, weight management and environmental wellness sectors. My role to date is specific to customer relationship management, using analytics for acquisition and retention. The company I am employed by is a membership based organisation, so CRM is of great importance. E-commerce is the main focus with attention to emails and direct mail campaigns. It is a very interesting industry, and one that is truly starting to grapple for market share with some of the biggest retailers. The health industry continues a strong trend so it is a challenging, and timely market to be a part of.
