As Account Director at one of Europe's leading social media agencies I deliver practical strategic advice to large brands such as Jimmy Choo, TM Lewin, 3M and RS Components on using social media for real business benefits as well as leading and mentoring a team of Account Managers.
I was the MD of D8 Digital, a spin out from the creative agency D8; I lead a talented and wonderfully eclectic mix of planners, designers and developers in pursuit of the perfect digital experience.
Prior to this I built an online communications agency from 3 dreamers in a cramped student bedroom to a multi office, internationally experienced team.
Digital has been in my blood from the early days - from devising web strategy for organisations as diverse as Samsung, Shell, DC Thompson, Scottish Executive and Cambridge University to developing the first online carbon calculator.
I have since worked with brands such as ScottishPower, Blackhorse Finance, RBS, Rentokil and Stena, as well as organisations and charities who want to create something meaningful online.
