About Me

As a journalist and news producer for 10 years, his career led him through print (El País, El Mundo), radio (Cadena SER), and TV (Antena 3 Television) media.  He later moved on to television production (Sony Pictures Entertainment) and theme channel launches (Paramount, Nickelodeon), and in 2000 set up the production operations for the first Digital Television in the world with online interactive services (QuieroTV). After helping Ericsson evolve from a technological company to a mobile services oriented organization, he took the challenge of soccer team, Real Madrid, creating an ambitious international multimedia project reaching 450 million worldwide supporters through the global broadcast of two 24 hour channels in English and Spanish and the distribution of online, mobile, and editorial services and products. In 2007 he joined the Ferre-Rangel Group in Puerto Rico as Vice President for Multimedia with the task of helping the newspaper group transform towards multimedia production and distribution.

Education and Qualifications

He has a BA in Psychology and Philosophy from NYU, Master’s degrees in Journalism (Universidad Autonoma de Madrid/El Pais), Film and TV (UCLA), Corporate Social Responsibility (Universitat de Barcelona), and an Executive MBA (Instituto de Empresa).
