Pipa has a long track-record in customer relationship marketing.
Throughout her career, she has been responsible for developing teams and services offerings for digital, direct marketing and CRM companies at the forefront of their industries (LBi, Syzygy, Siebel, Chordiant and Sainsbury’s).
This experience, gained through a mix of client, agency and consulting roles, gives her in a unique understanding of the end-to-end marketing process (from developing brand strategy to managing CRM programmes) and the ability to approach a client’s business and marketing challenges from many different perspectives.
As Global Head of CRM at LBi, Pipa leads a team of over 70 people globally who innovate and deliver a full range of CRM services including traditional, social and mobile CRM programs and platforms for global blue-chip clients. Pipa’s passion is helping her clients recognize the importance and value of closely integrating their digital, social and relationship marketing strategies together to ensure their brand communicates effectively and authentically in every interaction, every tweet, and every touch point.
