PIGU - internet retail startup, currently Nr.1 in Lithuania. Was leading business development operations in top Lithuanian e-retailer www.pigu.lt. Improved the effectiveness of external and internal operations and processes. Initiated and coordinated the development projects with the biggest companies in the market (top Lithuanian companies in mobile and telecommunications, financial, postal and logistics services). Established additional revenue channels. Analyzed the expansion to international markets. Was supervising Customer service unit and leading the increase of customer satisfaction through customer service quality level increase. Coordinated part of commerce operations.
