About Me
Started in Fine Art, progressed through Graphic and Web Design to the Online Customer Engagement field. For 11 years I worked at the digital agency cScape leading the Customer Engagement Unit.
Now I'm Strategy Director at Seren (formerly Foviance), the UK's largest Service Design consultancy. I'm also an Associate Faculty Director at the Chartered Institute of Marketing. (For 5 years I wrote and delivered the Advanced and Foundation level Social Media Marketing courses.)
