About Me
I have 25+ years of commercial business experience from working in blue chip companies to starting, growing and selling my own successful PR, marketing and design agency. I have also worked as a director of a youth charity in Essex, helping young adults overcome adversity and excel in their adult lives. In 1991 I started my own marketing agency and over the next 11 years built an award winning business (PR Week named us as the fastest growing agency outside of London in 2000) with 25 staff and revenues in excess of £1.5m. I sold the business in 2002 and then spent the next 3 years retraining to become a coach and mentor. I wanted to use my business experience and ‘make a difference’ so coaching was the ideal next step.
