Ryan Williams is President of TWI Surveys Inc. He specializes in organizational research and leadership development. He has a passion for servant leadership. He shares the positive impact it can have on the lives of employees and organizational performance.
He has ten years of experience with corporate, government and not-for-profit clients. This experience has involved strategy development, service improvements, communication audits, change management, employee engagement and cultural alignment.
Ryan facilitates processes and research that achieve enhanced relationships with key stakeholders. He facilitates strategic planning, coaches leaders, designs research, constructs effective questions, communicates results, and facilitating action plans.
Currently, Ryan is presenting results from research conducted for IABC in January 2008 in the area of social media. He wanted to find out what communicators are doing in the area of social media, assess the readiness of their organizations to adopt social media strategies and enable a conversation around the leadership qualities IABC members will require to lead this change.
To apply his interest in leadership and good communication Ryan has been a high school football coach for the past 10 years. His team has been in the provincial championship game 5 of those years.
Education and Qualifications
In 2007, Ryan completed a Masters of Arts in business leadership. His final project examined how survey processes can enhance organizational leadership.
In 1998, Ryan completed a BA, in Recreation administration where he majored in community development.
