About Me
Sami’s first taste of the advertising and marketing world began at the prestigious Pearl & Dean in 2001. Working closely with the Advertising and Production departments, Sami gained valuable knowledge and experience which laid the foundations for his Media career.
But it wasn’t until 2004 when Sami’s interest really began for Digital Marketing after landing a role at Haymarket Publications, working across key B2B Marketing Magazine titles which included Marketing Direct, Direct Response and Revolution Magazine.
In 2006, Sami moved agency side to work for a new and exciting start up called Steak as their Business Development Manager. Sami was then promoted to Sales Director of Minute Steak – a subsidiary of the Steak Group in 2009. He played a key role in the growth of the Steak Group before leaving in June 2010.
In September 2010, Sami Kasap and Julian Pettit launched Mode Digital, a privately owned digital marketing agency, specialising in a select number of digital disciplines; Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Link Building, Social Media Optimisation (SMO) and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
