About Me
Overall responsibility for all client accounts for Motortrak. Based at our head office in Thames Ditton UK but also overseeing client service activity in our Australian and US offices for the locally serviced relationships we have in US, Australian, Canadian and European markets.
Worked supplier side since 1998, apart from a brief stint at the UK's largest car dealer group.
Been involved in online marketing for the motor industry with Portfolio (part of Manheim Group) and Motortrak.
Various client services roles, from Account Manager of various OEM programmes - Volvo, VW, SEAT, Hyundai, Audi, Mercedes-Benz through Account Director roles for specific brand relationships, to current role as Account Director for our global client operations and mentor / line report to all members of my team. Overall responsibility for client services across the business.
